  • Two Attempts - We make 2 delivery attempts

14.1 & 14.2 Delivery Schedule & Coverage

Delivery Days

We deliver products from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery to absolutely anywhere within South Africa, with national coverage through our courier partners.

14.3 Customer Responsibilities

We do not take any responsibility for undelivered parcels due to:

  • Your data entry error (incorrect address, phone number, etc.)
  • Your absence at the time of delivery

Should your item be returned in these circumstances, the further postage costs will be at your cost exclusively.

14.4 & 14.5 Delivery Process

  1. Payment Confirmed - Your order is processed after payment confirmation
  2. Courier Contact - Courier company will call to arrange delivery time
  3. First Delivery Attempt - Courier delivers at agreed time and date
  4. Second Attempt (if needed) - If first attempt fails, a second attempt is made
  5. Return to Sender - After 2 failed attempts, package returns to us

Failed Delivery Policy

Should you fail to accept delivery after a second attempt for whatsoever reason, the Courier will return your order to us and you will be credited for your purchase minus the cost of the failed delivery and the cost of having the package returned to us.

14.6 Delivery Delays & Limitations

We endeavour to make delivery to the extent that this is commercially reasonable but we cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to strikes, delayed airplanes or unforeseen circumstances.

15. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, postage and courier rates are applied per order. Rates are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected delivery option

Your Responsibility

  • Ensure correct delivery address
  • Be available for delivery
  • Answer courier calls

Failed Delivery Costs

  • You pay for redelivery after 2 failed attempts
  • Return shipping costs deducted from refund
  • Additional charges for incorrect addresses
